Updates to RSS Gadget

How do you update the RSS gadget that comes with Vista? My feeds have not
updated since I first set it up 2 days ago. I've tried closing it and re
starting it no luck.
 
Try right clicking on it and selecting Options. See if that helps.

Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, select Content tab
Under "Feeds", click "Settings"
Configure the settings there.
