Updates per user?

More of a query really. When installing updates i log in
as admin. Run Windows Update, updates install and all is
well. But if i log in as another user and run
windowsupdate i'm told the updates need to be installed.
Is this cosmetic or do updates need to be run for each
user?

Check the permissions of the other user. See if he has
admin rights. That might be the issue. If you've tried
this forgive my intrusion.
