Updates In Add Remove Programs

This isn't so much a problem as something I have noticed in add or remove
programs. I have noticed that some of the hot fixes showing up as installed
in the add remove programs section are showing a different icon to the rest.
The rest have a small computer icon but these have what can only be
described as a small orange maze like logo. The size on each is showing up
as 302 mb for each one despite the fact that they are small fixes. Whats
happened here?

Do you have MS Office installed? The "orange maze-like logo" sounds like
the logo for Office products.
