Updates for Microsoft Narrator

Hello; I have the Windows Media Center 2004 edition of Microsoft Narrator on
my computer right now but I just recently got a laptop with Vista and the
newest version of Microsoft Narrator, which is much better. Is there anyway
to upgrade to the newest version of narrator on my other computers?

Nope. The available update that applies to WinXP is part of KB925720:
