updates and SP2 not working!

So..i have sevice pack 2...life was going good, then
something happened and I had to do a complete system
restore, which completly screwed up service pack 2. My
windows updates won't work because the security centre is
now handling that, yet the security centre is not working
and i can't get ANY updates from windows at all. All my
updates from 2002 (when I bought the PC) are gone, and
its just not good, any suggustions?

Re-install SP2. Go to the download center (see URL) and download the massive
file. Run it again...and that should take care of the problem.
