update to outlook2003 lost everything

Now I know I am not that bright but I thought when you up
grade a product it gets better. upgraded to office 2003
to be able to access som new files. well now the
oldones dont work in access and for outlook lost all my
mail and address book. Any ideas where the old address
book would be.
 
Upgraded from which version? All Outlook data is contained in a pst-file. If
you didn't store your addresses in the Contacts folder you must also search
for pab-files.
