Government time servers are not always in service, here is a
list
http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/time-servers.html
There are some nice third party time applications, AnalogX
has a free Atomic Time Sync at his site
www.analogx.com
And for a modest fee
www.atomtime.com has AtomTime which is
a little fancier.
Either lets you update the time as often as you want, even
every few minutes.
in message | Are you using a third-party firewall? If so, configure a
rule and allow
| Internet Time updation.
