Update successful for KB823353, but WU keeps pushing it down

I have installed this update numerous times, but the notifier won't go away.
I would say that this is isolated, but it is happening on two of my machines.
Has only else seen anything like this?

Yes, many people. Have you searched this newsgroup? Messages sent Aug 10
with the Subject: "Recurring KB823353" have some suggestions.

It's still happening to me, it's annoying but I ignore it.

The Update Rollup 1 may cause a problem and may be involved with this one.
Don't install it. Check other messages here for more info.
