(Update) Stinger

Stinger is a stand-alone utility used to detect and remove specific viruses.
It is not a substitute for full anti-virus protection, but rather a tool to
assist administrators and users when dealing with an infected system.
Stinger utilizes next generation scan engine technology, including process
scanning, digitally signed DAT files, and scan performance optimizations.

How do I use Stinger?

1.. Download Stinger.exe v2.5.0 [995,335 bytes] (2/16/2005)
a.. or Download ePOStg245.Zip EPO deployable version (for EPO
administrators). Instructions for EPO 2.5X and EPO 3.X are available.

(sorry for my bad english)

i've tried to download it using a scheduling feature ("daily downloads")
that i've found in getright (download manager, *shareware*, not freeware)

do you know about freeware download-manager ad-free that have e-mail
request, auto-organizing-by-extensions, segmented download, and of course
multiple scheduled downloads?

features that i like in getright and it would be nice to have in a freeware:

e-mail feature:
you set A-pc with getright and getright mailcontrol (set mailboxed allowed
to submit for downloads by mail)
then from B-pc everywhere in the world you send a formatted mail using a
previously authorized mailbox
the A-PC checks the mailboxes, finds the authorized one, finds the correctly
formatted submit and starts automatically getright managed download
when you return home your download is already finished and stored
- using "extra notifications" you can have a message posted to your mailbox;
the problem with getright is that you can't set correctly
server/user/password for smtp.
~

organizing:
you set that .mp3 .mpg, avi, mov have to be stored in c:\d&S\user\media
and doc xls, pps have to be stored in c:\d&S\user\office
and so on ...
when you download a mp3, getright puts it automaically in ..\media
~

segmented download:
when a file has multiple mirrors getright knows it (using filemirrors
function) and downloads from multiple sources like p2p-filesharing programs
do (emule, winmx ...)
~

"daily downloads"
scheduling function
you can tell g.r. "download STINGER every friday at 9:00 AM" and give a lot
of rules for renaming / overwriting and so on...

Sorry, I don't know of a program that fits your requirements. I usually
just use the built in downloader in Firefox along with the "Download Sort"
extension. Or if I'm downloading a Linux ISO I will use DLExpert, but
neither of these options are even close.
Here are some download managers that have been mentioned in ACF before-
