Update Rollup 1 (KB926939)

I have installed this update several times now but each
time I reboot the computer I get the blue screen with
writing on it. I don't get the chance to read it because
it reboots before I can read it. I have to use the system
restore program in safe mode to be able to use the
computer again. Is there something I can do to get this
update to work after the reboot. Is there a log that I
can read to see what the blue screen has written.

Start/run eventvwr.msc, look at the system logs for clues.

Several posts on WUpdate NG concerning this.

Date on this update was within 2 wks of today which is
why I took a 'wait n see' approach.
