Update problem

I just installed at work the last 3 critical updates that
were posted. Said I needed to reboot to finish the
install. When I rebooted Got an error "an error has
occurred in Explorer.exe and will be shutdown" It said
that it generated a log but my computer was locked. Tryed
booting in "Safe Mode" to get in to view log but it must
load explorer in Safe Mode also because it did the same
thing. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Just updated my w2k sp2 laptop and got the same result....
Windows Update is not cool...

Same here. My (other) computer now boots only as far as
the startup then seems to lock. Nothing but blue screen.
I have yet to find a way to get past this, nor can I find
anywhere but here to ask what's up with this?

So, what's up with the Windows Update??

Any help would be appreciated.
