Yeah, best tagger I've ever seen. Never understood why there are other
taggers around with this one that good.

But be warned: the more advanced stuff is not easy to get to grips with.
Then again, this baby can do things... Amazing program.

Can it do tagging the other way around? I would like to have my songs
tagged according to my filename, not the internal tag information. For
example, I would prefer the artist name to be "Blondie" not "Greatest
Hits of the 80s"

Also, can I change tags for 1000 files at a time?

Yes, MP3Tag goes both ways. If your directory/filename structure is
consistent, the whole thing is fully automatic. You just tell the app
once about the structure of your filenames and that's it.
Also, can I change tags for 1000 files at a time?

Yep. About a year ago I decided to change the naming conventions for my
whole collection, with then 4000+ songs. MP3Tag did a thorough job.
(Though it took a while... but 4000 songs are 4000 songs.)
