Update KB943411 was downloaded and successfully installed on my PC on Jan 9
AND again on Feb 9....huh?

Does this seem right? Possible?

Both are in the list of installed successfully updates.

Vista 64? Go to the Windows Update newsgroup where you will find a fix.
