Update KB832894 Wont Install

I have installed the critical update KB832894 several
times. I just tried to do the fix listed in article
319109, but after reinstalling and rebooting etc, the
update does not show up in the registry so I can't delete
it and is still
listed on the update list. I have XP pro Anybody got any
ideas.

Yes...switch of your anti virus when downloading....failing this...No I do
not have any Ideas.
