Update Internet Explorer

Bulletin 04-040.
I have to install 889293 or 889669? Now, on my XP, i like to wait for
installation of SP2.
I have not ask update to microsoft and I installed patch 831137, 837009
after 832894.
I read http://support.microsoft.com/kb/889293 "If you are not running
Internet Explorer 6 SP1 (version 6.00.2800.1106), you do not have to install
update rollup 889669. Instead, you can install security
update 889293 that is documented in Microsoft security bulletin MS04-040."
I'm a little bit confused, i have not ask update to microsoft but my IE
version is 6.00.2800.1106...

889293 o 889669?

Go here http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com and follow all prompts. It's
best to identify and install updates via Windows Update, rather than picking
and choosing ones you think you should have.
