PROBLEM: When try to access Windows Update site, site hangs at "Checking for
the latest version of the Windows Update software"
CAUSE: This may be caused by a third-party firewall product called Zone
Alarm. Try disabling this program and opening the Windows Update site again.
Be sure to enable your firewall again when you are done. If the WebWasher
program is installed, please also temporarily uninstall it.
WebWasher - A browser add-on that filters unwanted advertising banners,
pop-up windows, animated images, Java scripts, Java Applets from Web pages.
