Update Failures KB834707, KB885884

I've been trying to get 2 recent updates to XP SP-2, KB834707 and KB885884,
but the download keeps failing. Checking the installation log, I see Error
Code 80246008. When I click the link for that error code and click to read
the article, I get only a blank page. Can anyone help? Thank you!
