Update.exe

I need to update to SP4 my distribution files for Win2000
Pro.

According to the instructions I have "update.exe" is used.
Problem is where is "update.exe" and how do I get it to
run and slipstream the service pack??

I searched my server 2000 files but nothing turned up.
