Update email addresses

How do I update an email address listed in Outlook in more than one folder at
one time? If I change an address one place will it automatically update all
records for that individual?

Could you explain yourself a bit more? Editing contact information will
apply to that contact item not to messages you've already received/send

If you are suing multiple contact folders, no. Why not use categories
instead? Then you have just one contact to edit.
