DVD Profiler v2.3.1 Build 826
Overview :
DVD Profiler can manage any size DVD collection. Extensive data
collection, filtering and reporting features specific to DVD, and
unique to DVD Profiler. DVD Profiler Connects to the Online DVD
Database at IVS. IVS maintains a constantly growing database of DVDs.
The database is built by you - the users of the program. Each DVD is
entered once, by one user, and shared with all users. Correct it and
automatically share your correction with everyone. Since the database
is user-built, it will keep growing and refining until it is the most
complete and accurate repository of DVDs in the world. For DVDs already
in our database, entry into your collection is a one-step deal. Enter
the UPC from the DVD case, and DVD Profiler will retrieve the entire
DVD Profile from our online database. If you have a DVD-ROM drive, its
even easier. Put the DVD in the drive and DVD Profiler asks if you
would like to add it to your collection!

Enhancements
* More intelligent routing algorithm eliminates need for extra
redirects, which will improve download performance
* XML export now optionally filtered to collection type (owned,
ordered, etc)
* Anonymous contribution option removed (one change of several
planned towards more accurate contributions)
* 'Hub' case type renamed to 'digipak', for clarity
* Changes and additions to lock functionality:
o New lock for SRP
o Add lock for disc information
o Optionally auto-lock disc information when disc ID is
assigned. This defaults to on.
o New option to automatically lock SRP for newly added DVDs
o Locks now (by default) do not prevent local editing. New
option under Tools->Options->Defaults allow prevention of local
editing.
* Changes and additions to flag functionality:
o Added new menu option Collection->Flagged->Edit Locks
o Added new menu option Collection->Flagged->Set Watched

* Changes and additions to skins:
o All YES/NO properties in HTML skins may now be set with
Y/N, YES/NO, T/F, or TRUE/FALSE
o Skins now support several new tags (CREDITS_DIRECTION,
CREDITS_WRITING, CREDITS_PRODUCTION, CREDITS_CINEMATOGRAPHY,
CREDITS_FILMEDITING, CREDITS_MUSIC, CREDITS_SOUND, and CREDITS_ART)
o For each of these tags, there are three new optional
properties - PREFIX, SUFFIX, SHOWROLES and ROLEDIVIDER
o HTML engine property handling is more robust, and now
allows embedded HTML within properties
* When set to remember screen layout, now remembers whether ads,
filters, and tags were showing
* XML Export may now select All, Owned, Ordered, or Wish List
* New option in Watched By window allows setting of date to
purchase date
* DVD->Watched By window now has an 'Edit Users' button
* Increased compression for thumbnails - performance improvement
and reduction in hard drive usage
