CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less that a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware! :)

Updated Hotfix Uninstaller cleaning
Added secure certificate to the installer
Improved secure deletion performance
Fixed a few issues with 64bit OSs
Fixed checkbox bug on Issue Scanner
Added Galician Translation
Minor updates to Arabic and Hebrew
Minor interface and style update
Minor performance tweaks

You never have to wait. Not too obvious at the CrapCleaner site, but you
CAN download alternative builds.

Standard, incl toolbar, 1.4Mb
Basic, no toolbar, 0.55Mb
Slim, no toolbar, and no languages pack, 0.41Mb

Although they claim to have the new version, though, when you go to
download them, they say they're v1.27

I know, but why download 1,4 mb when you can have basic version
multilanguage with _all_ you need in 550kb?
