BRS WebWeaver v1.30

Overview :

BRS WebWeaver is a free personal web server that run on the Windows
platform. Even with it's small size ( ~375 KB ) and low memory
requirements ( ~4 MB ) it provides lots of functionality at speeds that
will impress you. Easy setup. BRS WebWeaver is simple to get up and
running. Once you download the install program, it only takes 5 mouse
clicks to be up and running. Want to add support for PHP, no problem
just a few clicks. Want to turn on support for SSI, no problem, just a
few clicks. No configuration files to edit (although you can). Fast.
Usually when you get a "simple" web server - it means low performance
and lack of features. Neither is the case with BRS WebWeaver. BRS
WebWeaver has been tested to sustain over 1000 connections per second
using only 4 MB of memory. It's free! BRS WebWeaver is completely free
for both personal and commercial use, no catches, no "spy-ware", no
hidden costs anywhere.

What's New:

# fixed "HEAD" where it didn't return content-length
# fixed "HEAD" where it wouldn't process "default docs"
# fixed not printing error msg in dialog window on startup error
# add ability to run as a service
# fixed the command line messaging capability
# fixed autostart from service
# fixed FTP RETR command
# fixed FTP for some clients that sent the fully qualified path
# fixed ISAPI pathinfo parsing problems (didn't handle pathinfo's with
period correctly)
# add support for Windows XP Themes in GUI
# fixed Perl handling (broken in RC1)

I can attest that this is a simple utility to set up and use. I have it
on my sandbox running win2k. It has FTP, but not many features for
that. FTP was, in author's words, "an afterthought".
