I an looking for a command in Word 2007 where in Headers & Footers, I need
the time auto update like from 6:11am to 7:00 am and so on. Marija
 
You can insert a TIME field in the header (or footer); it will update to the
current system time whenever you open the document. It is also possible to
force an update of the field at any time, for example by switching to Print
Preview and back to your favorite view.
