Update 941649

How do you get windows update to stop downloading and trying to install
941649. I've deleted it. I've stopped automatic updates. I downloaded the
update and tried a manual update but Vista says it does not need it but yet
it keeps on coming back for an install. I want it to go away. If I click
windows update it comes back again. Anyone know how to make windows update
ignore 941649?
