up load to a website

i have designed my web page ,how do i now transfer it to my domain name
?????????
please help i'm struggling
 
If the domain name has been registered for at least 48 hours, and if the server has FrontPage
extensions installed, open your web in FrontPage and then select file Publish Web ( publish site in
FP 2003 ) and enter:
http://www.domainname.com as the location to publish to.

If you don't have extensions, enter: ftp://domainname.com as the publish destination.
