Up arrow key mapped wrong

I'm using PP 2003 with the arrow keys to move between slides. In Presenter
View, the up arrow key, which I assume should move to the previous slide,
actually moves to the next slide. This key only behaves like this in
Presenter View. I haven't found any way to change this. Any ideas?
 
The left arrow key goes to the previous slide, but I don't use it since it's
not intuitive.
