unzipping tubes

I by no means am a coputer wiz, so if you can help please
make it as east as you can. I need to unzip tubes for
print shop pro . I have downloaded from the web. I am
not sure even how to get in and check for the answer. So

No you're not, are you? If you were you'd have realised that this is

a) A Microsoft hosted group

b) For Windows XP printing and faxing issues

c) Nothing to do with Paint Shop Pro

d) Or its developer

e) Incredibly rude, lazy and arrogant to ask for emailed replies.
