Unwittingly Deleted Auto Format (Blends)

Hello:
Does anyone out there know how to get this back?
Can I perhaps download it from Microsoft.com?
 
Never mind friends, I figured it out. Thanks!

Here are the steps.
1. Open up a form that has the format needed.
2. Click on AutoFormat
3. Choose Customize
4. Choose first Customize option, "Create New AutoFormat based on..."
5. Name new AutoFormat
