Unwanted window on bootup

On bootup this black window (looks like a system window) comes up. It says
windows microsoft telnet client
escape character is ctrl+y
microsoft telnet
Anyone had this problem? How to stop it ? Win XP Home OS

This is certainly not a normal part of boot up. You have to suspect some
form of backdoor trojan at work.

Use your security setting to drop to Low (IE, tools, options, security tab,
'custom Level" button) to allow unsigned active X. Go to:
