Unwanted website auto sets as defualt web page

Some sites automatic down loaded to my PC (win2000, IE6.0)
and sets up as my default page, I've try to restrict the
site and removed from the History. But every time I logon
the internet, it keep comes back, it is very annoying. can
any one out there help please.
 
have you clear the address out from homepage field in IE?
