unwanted urls

HI there:

Whenever I delete all of my cookies, delete files (including off line files)
and clear my history, there is still this one website that if I type the
letter s in the address bar, it pops up. I cannot seem to make it disappear.
It is not in my favourites and I cannot figure out why it is the only
website that stays in the menu bar even after I delete it. It comes up as a
www.s_____.com and I don't want it to be there but cannot seem to make it go
away.

Please help!!

Delete the History folder and index.dat:

And then do a thorough scan (for Malware)
