Unwanted toolbars on I E 6

J

Joey

Someone used my computer and went to a certain website.
Now I have unwanted toolbars that won't erase and numerous
popups. Also, their are sites in my favorites that I
didn't add and when I erase them they come back. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling I E but that didn't work.
What do I do now?

Joey,

Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe
[BHO exclusion, removal feature added]

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
