Unwanted Toolbar

I've taken the advice on this site of using regedit to
check for and delete unwanted toolbars. I have a second
machine that I compared it to and I did find one different
so I deleted it. The two machines now show the same four
toolbars in the Extension folder in the registry. I have
restarted the machine a couple of times and checked the
registry to ensure it didn't reappear.

However, the unwanted blue "Search" toolbar with context
sensitive buttons still shows up. It is
called "tvhdrfpiede" on the toolbar list.

How do I delete this thing?
