Unwanted short cuts

After visiting some websites, they subsequently dump a short cut into my explorer toolbar and tools menu. How can I remove them?
 
Find AdAware and Spybot - download, install, update, scan, in turn. There's
no harm having both installed.

Be careful where you surf!
