Allmost evertime I log on to the internet I start getting a download which
sometimes lasts for hours (i have dial up modem) and this of course slows
down my internet. I have XP and IE and think I did everything to ask for
notification before downloads - I know it usually asks for an ok before
dowloading Norton or Windows updates. I can't figure out how to find out what
this is - it never asks to update anything after the download completes, just
finally stops.
