unwanted notification interfering with microsoft

i am getting periodic notification messages from a notifier to pay for a
service / it comes from movie land / i cannot block out this and it takes up
almost my entire screen /it cannot be blocked by pop up stoppers and i have
sent movie land several requests to stop sendind this reminder/any help would
be appreciated / it's like a bill collector calling at all times of the day
and night interfering with my privacy/ thanks,

You have some type of malware installed on you system. You need to run the
"standard" spyware remova; tools, in hopes to eliminating this "pop-up".

Several "standard" spyware removal tools:

Spybot: Search and Destroy 1.4
AD Aware SE
CWShredder
Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta.

Additionally is does this look like a gray box with just text and
unclickable links in it? If so then install SP2 and install/configure a
firewall.
