WHENEVER I START MY COMPUTER I GET THE MESSAGE"TOPMOXIE-MICROSOFT VIRTUAL MACHINE HAS TO BE DOWNLOADED' how do i get rid of this message?

Run MSCONFIG and look in the startup tab.
