Unwanted localized language in GPMC, Settings Tab

I run a Windows Server 2003 (English) box with
Sweden/Swedish set under Regional and Language Options.
When I use Group Policy Object Editor (gpedit.msc), I get
English language under Security Settings-Local Policies-
Security Options, as expected.

When I start the English language GPMC though, these
settings are shown on the Settings summary tab in a
Swedish/English mix, where almost all settings are in
Swedish.

Why is this happening and how do I get rid of this
language mix in my environment?
