Unwanted IE toolbar removal

How can I get my toolbar back??!! I have looked everywhere as well as deleting all spyware and adware, but nothing seems to be working!! No BACK button FAVORITES its all gone

I WANT MY TOOL BAR BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
 
First, turn off Caps. Your chances for getting support is decreased by typing in caps.
