Unwanted ie startup

While on the computer the ie browser starts up automatically and goes to a
MyDiet page. It seems to start up at random times. How do I search for this
problem and eliminate it.

I have run adware/spybot and none of this has detected it. Do I either need
another search detection software, or do I need to view certain files such as
the startup script and try to figure out which one it is?

Not sure what to do.
