Unwanted Home Page

I have an unwanted home page on my computer and I cannot get rid of it. I am
operating on a Microsoft XP Home system. I have tried establishing the home
page I want by going to Internet Options then typing in the home page I want
and that did not work. I have tried to restore my system by that did not
solve my problem. The web page I do not want is
http://mypoisk.com/index.htm.

I will appreciate any help/suggestions for deleting this home page and allow
me to establish the home page I want.
