unwanted favorites

Everytime I turn on my computer and internet service,
unwanted favorite links pop up on my favorites list. I've
deleted the shortcuts and all of my cookies, along with
any other file that may share the name of that link. No
matter what I do, it keeps coming up! Please, help!
