Unwanted Favorites

Recently, unwanted websites began showing up in
my "Favorites" file. If I delete them from "Favorites"
and again from the Recycle Bin, and restart my computer,
they show up again in my "Favorites" file.

Why is this happening and how do I permanently remove
these and prevent it from happening in the future?
