Unwanted Dialog Box

Something triggered a dialog box to pop up everytime I
look at a form. It happened sometime while trying to
enter a subform to the main form. I not exactly sure.
The dialog box says:

Enter Parameter Value
Expr1000_____________
OK or CANCEL

How can I find out what it is?
