Unwanted default webpage & register key

My default web page reverts back to a website called yourserach.com everytime I restart the computer. And everytime my spyware program (AD Aware) finds the same key (CLRSCH) written in to my windows register no matter howmay time I delete it. How safe is my computer and how can I get rid of this. Please help.
