Unwanted Ad bars

I have an Ad task bar that I can't get rid of . It shows up every time I make a move at the bottom of my screen. I've run Ad-Aware & Spt-Bot, but that doesn't get rid of it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks
 
do you have the newest version of spybot 1.3

and update ad-aware before scan.
and free antivirus grisoft.com
and free firewall zonelabs.com zonealarm (see what
wants in and out of your system)
