Unusual Screen appeared when Rebooting

Hi, I shut my PC down properly yesterday and when I restarted it a screen
appeared that I've never seen before. It seemed that the system was being
checked for errors. The following message appeared:

CHECKING FILE SYSTEM ON C:
THE TYPE OF FILE SYSTEM IS NTFS. THE VOLUME IS DIRTY.

This wasn't the only text that appeared, but this was the only one that
seemed strange.

Should I be concerned?

It means Windows thinks there's a problem with your hard drive and ran a
scan. If this happens again, make a note of what all the messages say. It's
possible it ran its scan and corrected errors.

First, make sure you have backups of all your data. In fact, you should do
this often anyway.

You can always run a chkdsk /f on this volume -
