Unsuccessful upgrade 1st try

Ran RC2 Setup (upgrade) on RC1, got a message this morning that the upgrade
was not successful and RC1 was restored. It's true! I am posting this from
RC1! Any advice?

Up on RC2.

Upgrade from RC1 to RC2 does not work. Fresh install from scratch works.
