Please ask your question in a group supporting Vista. This group is for
questions about the Office database program Microsoft Access, not for general
computer questions. The webpage can be confusing and may have misled you.
You should post your question in a Vista newsgroup or forum. This one's
for database questions for Microsoft Access, part of Microsoft Office.
My guess is they'll tell you to reformat your hard drive and install
another operating system. Before you do that, make a backup and make
sure you have the CD and the product code ready so you can install and
activate the new operating system without problems.
Before you reformat your hard drive, you had better have the disks for all
your software and have external backups because EVERYTHING will be
erased!!!!
I warned him to make a backup before reformatting the hard drive. I
hope your additional warning to make external backups because everything
will be erased isn't speaking from experience!
