unstallable program

ok there is this program that got on my computer called
Web_Rebates and when I try to unstall it or delete it, it
says unable to do check to see if disk is full or
protected please help

try closing the program first or exiting it and then try
deleting it ... If that doesn't work do the samething but
do it in safe mode and it should get remove
